Size guide bat size by height
How to measure. Stand the bat on its toe beside the player: the top of the handle should reach the top of the inside leg. Height decides it, not age.
| Size | Player height | Roughly |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | Under 122 cm | 4–5 years |
| 1 | 122 – 129 cm | 5–6 years |
| 2 | 129 – 137 cm | 6–7 years |
| 3 | 137 – 144 cm | 7–8 years |
| 4 | 144 – 150 cm | 8–9 years |
| 5 | 150 – 157 cm | 9–10 years |
| 6 | 157 – 163 cm | 10–12 years |
| Harrow | 163 – 168 cm | 12–14 years |
| Short handle (SH) | 168 – 188 cm | Most adults |
| Long handle (LH) | Over 188 cm | Tall adults |
Between sizes, go smaller — a bat a child can swing beats one they can only push. Every bat we sell is knocked in free before it leaves the store.
Not sure? Bring the player into either store — a coach sizes them for free, no purchase needed.
