Shipping Rates & Charges

All shipping prices are displayed clearly at checkout and are calculated based on the order total after discounts.

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 AUD / NZD

• Flat Rate $9.99 AUD / NZD on orders under $100

• Free Store Pickup (local customers)

Currency is charged in the local checkout currency (AUD for Australia, NZD for New Zealand).

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier performance.

• Australia: 2–7 business days

• New Zealand: 5–10 business days

Elite Sports Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, customs clearance, or peak shipping periods.

Free Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

Customers may choose Free Store Pickup at checkout.

Pickup Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

• Saturday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

• Sunday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

You will be notified once your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation.

Pickup Outside Operating Hours

Pickup outside the listed hours can be arranged by prior agreement.
