Returns & Refunds Policy (Australia)

Effective Date: 09/02/2026

This policy is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is not of acceptable quality

  • Is unsafe

  • Does not match its description, images, or advertised specifications

  • Does not do what it was reasonably expected to do

These rights apply in addition to any store return policy and cannot be excluded.

If a product has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement.
If the failure is minor, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Within 30 days of delivery

  • Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories

  • Proof of Purchase: Required

Change-of-mind returns are not required under ACL and are offered at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind)

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty under ACL:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Hygienic items (e.g. mouthguards, compression wear) once opened

How to Lodge a Return

  1. Contact us at info@elitecricketacademy.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.

  2. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation.

  3. Send the item back following the provided instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We cover reasonable return shipping costs.

  • Change-of-Mind Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable, except where required under ACL.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with ACL.

International Orders (if applicable)

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes.

  • Customs charges are non-refundable.
