Returns & Refunds Policy (Australia)

This policy is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

Is faulty or defective

Is not of acceptable quality

Is unsafe

Does not match its description, images, or advertised specifications

Does not do what it was reasonably expected to do
These rights apply in addition to any store return policy and cannot be excluded.
If a product has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement.
If the failure is minor, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: Within 30 days of delivery

Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories

Proof of Purchase: Required
Change-of-mind returns are not required under ACL and are offered at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind)
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty under ACL:

Customized or personalized products

Gift cards

Clearance or final-sale items

Hygienic items (e.g. mouthguards, compression wear) once opened
How to Lodge a Return

Contact us at info@elitecricketacademy.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.

We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation.

Send the item back following the provided instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Change-of-Mind Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable, except where required under ACL.
Refunds

Once the returned item is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with ACL.
International Orders (if applicable)

International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes.
