Elite Cricket Academy and Elite Sports Gear Store (“we”, “us”, “our”) provide cricket coaching programs and retail sports equipment.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or enrol a participant.

  • Parents or legal guardians must register and consent on behalf of minors (under 18).

3. Products & Services

  • All products and services are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities at any time.

  • Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible; minor variations may occur.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are displayed in AUD or NZD, depending on checkout location.

  • All prices include GST where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

  • Payment must be completed before orders are dispatched or enrolments confirmed.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.

6. Shipping & Pickup

Shipping and pickup are governed by our Shipping Policy, available on our website. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory consumer rights.

8. Academy Programs & Participation

  • Program schedules, coaches, and venues may change due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

  • Participants must follow all safety instructions and codes of conduct.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel participation for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

  • Fees are non-refundable for missed sessions unless required under ACL or stated otherwise.

9. Health, Safety & Risk Acknowledgement

  • Cricket and sports training involve inherent risks.

  • By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • It is your responsibility to disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries.

  • We are not liable for injuries except where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and training materials, is owned by Elite Cricket Academy and Elite Sports Gear Store or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or interfere with its operation
